This blog follows The Media School and its projects. The Media School is a tertiary institution that fills a very important gap in the journalism and public relations market - that of increasing students' exposure to actual work experience to make them more employable, while continuing to hone their theoretical skills. You can find us in Roberts Road, Pietermaritzburg or www.themediaschool.co.za.

Sunday Times' Zulu edition
The Sunday Times has just launched a Zulu edition of its paper in KZN - it's got much the same content as the English version as well as a little orginal content. Visit www.mediaupdate.co.za/?IDStory=32014 to read the full story on the new paper - time will tell if this project is a success, and it's definitely something we need to follow as it could change the face of the newspaper business.
